0.2 version

The actual 0.2 version of the project is not situated in the state of the code but in the understanding of the all real XmlElement.java class.

Taking account of exams, other projects and enterprise work and my memory, this should be done within the 2 next week if god helps (him or anyone else).

The actual problem is to allow several constructors because if we take a look at the java file, this one has several. And basically this is not possible in javascript. So i had the iddea of counting each parameter and define an init method that will take care of the several possibilities.
